Evidence of Assignment. Any assignment of a Lender's rights and obligations hereunder, its Commitment and its Note (or any portion thereof) to any Person may be evidenced by an Assignment and Acceptance or such other instrument(s) or document(s) as may be satisfactory to the assigning Lender, the Borrower (so long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing at such time), the Agent and the assignee.
