Common use of Evidence of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Assignment. Any assignment of the Lender’s rights and obligations hereunder, and the Advances (or any portion thereof) to any Person may be evidenced by an instrument(s) or document(s) as may be satisfactory to the Lender and the Borrower.
