Common use of Evidence of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Assignment. Any assignment of any interest in the Undivided Interest (or portion thereof) to any Person may be evidenced by an instrument of assignment in the form of Exhibit 12.04 or by such other instrument(s) or document(s) as may be satisfactory to the assigning Purchaser, the Administrative Agent and the assignee.
