Common use of Evidence of Recording and Filing Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Recording and Filing. On or prior to the Land -------------------------------- Interest Acquisition Date, the Agent shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory to it that each of the Deed, the Land Lease Supplement, the Assignment of Lease, the Consent to Assignment, the Mortgage, the Memorandum of Option and the Subordination Agreement have been delivered to the title company for recording or are being recorded with the appropriate Governmental Authorities and that the UCC Financing Statements with respect to the Property have been delivered to the title company for filing or are being filed with the appropriate Governmental Authorities.
