Ex VAT. In Phase 2, more data connections will be made, this time focusing on source data. Additional data systems will be identified and the commercial route to Enterprise licences explored. Use Cases from multiple stakeholders to be developed and prioritised by the Product Owner, with Epics and Stories managed across multiple sprints. Change management plans will be developed for those stakeholders and organisations experiencing change to realise the benefits of the Data Ecosystem. These prices include Travel and Subsistence costs for working at MoD Corsham when required. In phase 3, all additional systems for the Greater Programme will have been identified, solution architectures developed in line with the data Reference Architecture and implementation plans will be in place through multiple agile routes. Change management plans will be implemented across multiple stakeholders and a communications campaign will be in place across Defence. Those systems in the Ecosystem that are live will be supported and all systems will be available through the Digital Service catalogue, in conjunction and agreement with the Digital Foundry. Initial benefits will be realised, with plans for the full realisation in place and handed over to the data Programme.
