Examination and Oversight by Regulators. Seller and Buyer agree that the transactions under this Agreement may be subject to regulatory examination and oversight by one or more Governmental Authorities. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Seller and Buyer shall comply with all reasonable requests made by the other party to assist such party in complying with regulatory requirements imposed on it.
