Examination of File. A member of the bargaining unit may examine his/her personnel file upon request and upon the availability of the Superintendent or designee and shall be entitled to one (1) copy of any document contained therein excepting confidential letters of recommendation. Additional copies will be provided at the teacher’s cost.
