Examination of Premises. 5.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the University provided the opportunity for a thorough examination of the project site and its surroundings and that the Contractor knows of no conditions preventing accomplishment of the full scope of work within the time and for the amount specified in this Agreement. 5.2 The University will deny all claims for additional time and/or cost for conditions that could have been reasonably discovered during such an examination.
