Examination Procedure. 1. Any deputy has the right to examine the results of his own examination. 2. These documents are confidential, and they cannot be removed from the files, except as set forth in the following paragraph. 3. The contents of promotional documents will be made known only to the Sheriff and his designated representatives and the deputy himself and his designated representatives.
