EXAMPLES OF GOOD PRACTICE. The following are considered examples of good practice, although the list is not exhaustive: • Important information, statements, or warnings are presented using clear and bold type styles. • The size of important information, such as risk warnings, is proportionate, considering the marketing material's content, size, and orientation. • Risk warnings are clearly stated within the main body of the banner/picture and/or sign/invitation foraccount opening and ahead of a small print. • All marketing material must be provided to Clients in a timely manner and be fair and not misleading • Information should be based on accurate data reflecting all explicit and implicit costs and charges.Adequately disclose inducements.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.
