Exceeding license. The Partner shall make its best effort to monitor The End Customer’s license usage. In case The Partner ignores if The End Customer exceeds their license for a period longer than thirty (30) days in combination with at least two (2) reminders from ▇▇▇▇ Security, ▇▇▇▇ Security is entitled to charge for the exceeding license usage.
