Common use of Except for Excepted Payments Clause in Contracts

Except for Excepted Payments. the parties hereto acknowledge and agree that all payments due and owing by the Lessee to the Lessor under the Lease or any of the other Operative Agreements shall be made by the Lessee directly to the Agent as more particularly provided in Section 8.3 hereof. The Lessor, the Agent, the Credit Lenders, the Mortgage Lenders and the Lessee acknowledge the terms of Section 8.7 of this Agreement regarding the allocation of payments and other amounts made or received from time to time under the Operative Agreements and agree that all such payments and amounts are to be allocated as provided in Section 8.7 of this Agreement.
