Except for Permitted. Hedge Agreements, enter into or become obligated under any contract for sale for future delivery of Hydrocarbons other than normal production contracts entered into in the Borrower's normal course of business (whether or not the subject Hydrocarbons are to be delivered), forward contract, Hedging Agreement, futures contract or any other similar agreement, without the prior written consent of the Required Banks, acting in their reasonable discretion.
