Except where otherwise stated at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/support-and-services/alternates or in the applicable end user license agreement or in any other written agreement between Micro Focus and Licensee, for up to 90 days from the date Licensee receives an Update, Licensee may use both the original Maintained Software being updated and the Update simultaneously. At the end of this transition period the license and Maintenance for that license will shift to the Update and the Update will become the Maintained Software. At that time, any further use of the original Maintained Software for that license is not be permitted unless Micro Focus expressly authorizes such use in writing, such authorization to be accompanied by the payment of additional fees.

  • Additional Products and Services Subject to the allocation of funds, the CPO may add similar equipment, supplies, services, or locations, within the scope of this Agreement, to the list of equipment, supplies, services, or locations to be performed or provided by giving written notification to Contractor. For purposes of this Section, the “Effective Date” means the date specified in the notification from the CPO. As of the Effective Date, each item added is subject to this Agreement, as if it had originally been a part, but the charge for each item starts to accrue only on the Effective Date.   • License Type Your license to a Product will be under a Named User or CPU license type, as specified on an order. Each Named User license to a Product entitles a Named User to access and use that Product in one production environment and up to two non-production environments. Each CPU license to a Product entitles you to assign the Product to a single CPU in one production environment and up to two non-production environments, for use in support of an unspecified number of Named Users.
