Common use of Exceptions to Covenants Clause in Contracts

Exceptions to Covenants. No Obligor shall be deemed to be permitted to take any action or to fail to take any action that is permitted as an exception to any covenant in any Loan Papers, or that is within the permissible limits of any covenant, if such action or omission would result in a violation of any other covenant in any Loan Papers.
