Exceptions to Disclosure of Confidential Information. The Confidential Information may be disclosed by the other Parties to the extent that such disclosure has been ordered by a court of law or directed by a governmental authority, provided that, wherever practicable, the Party disclosing the Confidential Information has been given sufficient written notice in advance to the other Party to enable it to seek protection or confidential treatment of such Confidential Information, and may be disclosed only to the extent that such disclosure has been so ordered or directed.
