The limitation on liability provided for in Clauses 13 and 13.2 shall not apply or in any way restrict a Party’s liability in respect of: fraud; wilful default; personal injury or death caused by the negligence on the part of the relevant Party or an employee of such Party; or the obligations to indemnify under Clause 13.4.
