Common use of Exceptions to Warranty Clause in Contracts

Exceptions to Warranty. The warranty set forth in Section 10 does not apply upon any of the following: (a) any change, addition, deletion or other modification was made to the Deliverables, except as specifically authorized in writing by BlueCat; and (b) failure by Customer to report a deficiency within the specified warranty period.
