Common use of Excess Interest Collections Clause in Contracts

Excess Interest Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 2019-3 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Excess Interest Collections for all Excess Interest Sharing Series in Excess Interest Sharing Group One for that Payment Date, times (b) a fraction with a numerator equal to the Interest Collections Shortfall for Series 2019-3 for that Payment Date and a denominator equal to the aggregate amount of Interest Collections Shortfalls for all Excess Interest Sharing Series in Excess Interest Sharing Group One for that Payment Date.

Excess Interest Collections. On each Payment Date, Series 20192014-3 2 will be allocated an amount equal to the product of (a) the aggregate amount of Excess Interest Collections for all Excess Interest Sharing Series in Excess Interest Sharing Group One for that such Payment Date, times (b) a fraction with a fraction, the numerator equal to of which is the Interest Collections Shortfall for Series 20192014-3 2 for that such Payment Date and a the denominator equal to of which is the aggregate amount of Interest Collections Shortfalls for all Excess Interest Sharing Series in Excess Interest Sharing Group One for that such Payment Date.
