Common use of Excess Payments and/or Delivery Clause in Contracts

Excess Payments and/or Delivery. In the event we transfer to you, for any reason whatsoever, any excess of funds, you agree that you will repay any excess amount to us and/or, we may deduct such amount from any balance which we owe you.
