Excess Program Income Clause Samples

The Excess Program Income clause defines how income generated from a program that exceeds a predetermined threshold is to be handled. Typically, this clause specifies the procedures for identifying, reporting, and distributing any surplus income, such as whether it must be returned to the funding agency, reinvested in the program, or shared among stakeholders. Its core function is to ensure transparency and proper allocation of funds when program revenues surpass expectations, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
Excess Program Income. Program income earned in excess of the amount needed to finance the Awardee share must be added to funds committed to the project by the Corporation and the Awardee and used to further expand eligible program activities and objectives.
Excess Program Income. Program income earned in excess of the amount needed to finance the Awardee share must be deducted from the total claimed costs. Awardees that earn excess income must specify the amount of the excess in the appropriate field on the Federal Financial Report.

  • Program Income Program income refers to gross income directly generated by a supporting activity during the period of performance. Unless otherwise required under the Grant Agreement, Grantee shall use Program Income, as provided in TxGMS, to further the Project, and Grantee shall spend the Program Income on the Project. Grantee shall identify and report Program Income in accordance with the Grant Agreement, applicable law, and any programmatic guidance. Grantee shall expend Program Income during the Grant Agreement term, when earned, and may not carry Program Income forward to any succeeding term. Grantee shall refund Program Income to the System Agency if the Program Income is not expended in the term in which it is earned. The System Agency may base future funding levels, in part, upon ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s proficiency in identifying, billing, collecting, and reporting Program Income, and in using Program Income for the purposes and under the conditions specified in this Grant Agreement.

  • Excess Payments If Tenant shall assign this Lease or sublet any part of the Premises for consideration in excess of the pro-rata portion of Rent applicable to the space subject to the assignment or sublet, then Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent 50% of any such excess immediately upon receipt.
