Common use of Excess Users Clause in Contracts

Excess Users. 5.1 In order to validate this License and be able to use or continue to use some or all of the components of the Software, Customer and each Permitted User may be required to register by internet access to a Caseware website or other means as directed by the Software, provide the information and payment requested by the registration module and input Customer's Authorization Code. If an Authorization Code is not requested, the number of Permitted Users not be increased by reason of such limitation. 5.2 If at any time during the Licensed Term the aggregate number of Permitted Users exceeds the number of Permitted Users set out in the applicable Order Form, Customer shall immediately advise Caseware of same in writing and pay Caseware's then prevailing license fee for each excess Permitted User and thereafter the number of Permitted Users shall be increased by such excess number.
