Excessive Flow. The Interconnected Party will not take Gas at a Delivery Point at a rate greater than the then-current Maximum Design Flow Rate. If it does so, the Interconnected Party shall be liable for: the cost of repairs to, or replacement of, any of First Gas’ pipeline or equipment damaged by that excessive flow; the charge determined in accordance with section 11.11; and any Loss pursuant to section 11.12.
