Common use of Excessive Utility Consumption Clause in Contracts

Excessive Utility Consumption. Tenant shall pay all utility costs occasioned by electrodata processing machines, telephone equipment, computers and other equipment of high electrical consumption as determined by Landlord, including (without limitation) the cost of installing, servicing and maintaining any special or additional inside or outside wiring or lines, meters or submeters, transformers, poles, air conditioning costs, or the cost of any other equipment necessary to increase the amount or type of electricity or power available to the Premises.

Tenant shall pay all utility costs and additional improvement costs occasioned by high electrical consumption electrodata processing machines, telephone advanced telecommunications equipment, computers and other equipment of high electrical consumption as determined by Landlordconsumption, including (without limitation) , the cost of installing, servicing and maintaining any special or additional inside or outside riders, wiring or lines, meters or submeters, transformers, poles, or air conditioning costs, or the cost of any other equipment necessary to increase the amount or type of electricity or power available to the Premises.
