Exchange and Replacement of Warrant Certificates. Each Underwriter's Warrant Certificate is exchangeable without expense, upon the surrender thereof by the registered Holders at the principal executive office of the Company, for a new Underwriter's Warrant Certificate of like tenor and date representing in the aggregate the right to purchase the same number of Underwriter's Securities in such denominations as shall be designated by the Holders thereof at the time of such surrender.
