Common use of Exchange and Transfer Clause in Contracts

Exchange and Transfer. This Certificate, at any time prior to the exercise hereof, upon presentation and surrender to the Company, may be exchanged, alone or with other certificates of like tenor registered in the name of the same Warrant Holder, for another Certificate or Certificates of like tenor in the name of such Warrant Holder exercisable for the aggregate number of Warrant Shares as the Certificate or Certificates surrendered.

Exchange and Transfer. This Warrant Certificate, at any time prior to the exercise hereof, upon presentation and surrender to the Company, may be exchanged, alone or with other certificates of like tenor registered in the name of the same Warrant Holder, for another Certificate or Certificates of like tenor in the name of such Warrant Holder exercisable for the aggregate number of Warrant Shares as the Warrant Certificate or Certificates surrendered.

Exchange and Transfer. This Certificate, Warrant Certificate at any time prior to the exercise hereof, upon presentation and surrender to the Company, may be exchanged, alone or with other certificates Warrant Certificates of like tenor registered in the name of the same Warrant Holder, for another Warrant Certificate or Certificates of like tenor in the name of such Warrant Holder exercisable for the aggregate number of Warrant Shares as the Warrant Certificate or Certificates surrendered.

This Certificate, at any time prior to the exercise hereof, upon presentation and surrender to the Company, may be exchanged, alone or with other certificates of like tenor registered in the name of the same Warrant Holder, for another Warrant Certificate or Certificates of like tenor in the name of such Warrant Holder exercisable for the aggregate number of Warrant Shares as represented by the Certificate or Certificates certificate(s) surrendered.

This Certificate, Certificate at any time prior to the exercise hereof, upon presentation and surrender to the Company, may be exchanged, alone or with other certificates Certificates of like tenor registered in the name of the same Warrant Holderholder, for another Certificate or Certificates of like tenor in the name of such Warrant Holder holder exercisable for the aggregate number of Warrant Shares as the Certificate or Certificates surrendered.

Exchange and Transfer. This Certificate, Warrant Certificate at any time prior to the exercise hereof, upon presentation and surrender to the Company, may be exchanged, alone or with other certificates Warrant Certificates, if any, of like tenor registered in the name of the same Warrant Holder, for another Certificate or Certificates Warrant Certificate(s) of like tenor in the name of such Warrant Holder or any permissible transferee exercisable for the same aggregate number of Warrant Shares shares of Common Stock as the Certificate or Certificates Warrant Certificate(s) surrendered.
