Common use of Exchange of Billing Data Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Billing Data. The Originating Company will provide to BA-__ all billing data relating to ITORP Transit Service Traffic for processing in ITORP within fourteen (14) days from the date the usage occurs (to the extent usage occurs on any given day) for traffic originating from an Independent Telephone Company or wireless carrier, which traffic transits BA-PA’s facilities and terminates to Carrier.

The Originating Company will provide to BA-__ all EXHIBIT D billing data relating to ITORP Transit Service Traffic for processing in ITORP within fourteen (14) days from the date the usage occurs (to the extent usage occurs on any given day) for traffic originating from an Independent Telephone Company or wireless carrier, which traffic transits BA-PA’s 's facilities and terminates to Carrier.
