Common use of Exchange of Certificate Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Certificate. Any Option Certificate may be exchanged for another certificate or certificates entitling the Optionholder to purchase a like aggregate number of Shares as the certificate or certificates surrendered then entitled such Optionholder to purchase. Any Optionholder desiring to exchange an Option Certificate shall make such request in writing delivered to the Company, and shall surrender, properly endorsed, the certificate evidencing the Option to be so exchanged. Thereupon, the Company shall execute and deliver to the person entitled thereto a new Option Certificate as so requested.
