Common use of Exchange of Concessions Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Concessions. 1. The Contracting Parties shall grant each other the concessions specified in Protocol A to the Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter and those laid down in that Protocol. 2. Taking into account: - the role of agriculture in their economies, - the development of trade in agricultural products between the Contracting Parties, - the particular sensitivity of the agricultural products, - the rules of their agricultural policies, - the results of the multilateral trade negotiations under WTO, the Contracting Parties shall examine the possibilities of granting each other further concessions.
