Common use of Exchange of Confirmations Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Confirmations. Anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, for each Transaction entered into hereunder, Party A shall promptly send to Party B a Confirmation, via telex or facsimile transmission, in such form as the parties may from time to time agree. The parties agree that any such exchange of telexes or facsimile transmissions shall constitute a Confirmation for all purposes hereunder.
