Common use of Exchange of Documents Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Documents. It is agreed that prior to the mediation conference the parties will exchange relevant information and documentation upon which the parties intend to rely. Parties are encouraged to negotiate the terms and conditions of this exchange. This exchange should take place prior to the mediation conference.
