Common use of Exchange of OP Units Clause in Contracts

Exchange of OP Units. The Operating Partnership shall, in exchange for the Interest, transfer to the Contributor 4,000 OP Units (the "CONSIDERATION"). The transfer of the OP Units to the contributor shall be evidenced by an amendment (the "AMENDMENT") to the OP Agreement. The parties shall take such additional actions and execute such additional documentation as may be required by the Partnership Agreement and the OP Agreement in order to effect the transactions contemplated hereby.
