Common use of Exchange of Subscription Receipt Certificates Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Subscription Receipt Certificates. (1) One or more Subscription Receipt Certificates may, upon compliance with the reasonable requirements of the Subscription Receipt Agent, be exchanged for another Subscription Receipt Certificate or Subscription Receipt Certificates entitling the holder thereof to, in the aggregate, the same number of Subscription Receipts as represented by the Subscription Receipt Certificate(s) so exchanged. (2) Subscription Receipt Certificates may be surrendered for exchange only at the Designated Office of the Subscription Receipt Agent during regular business hours of the Subscription Receipt Agent.
