Common use of Exchange of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Exchange of Warrant Certificates. Subject to any restriction upon transfer set forth in this Agreement, each Warrant certificate may be exchanged for another certificate or certificates entitling the Holder thereof to purchase a like aggregate number of Warrant Shares as the certificate or certificates surrendered then entitled such Holder to purchase. Any Holder desiring to exchange a Warrant certificate or certificates shall make such request in writing delivered to the Company, and shall surrender, properly endorsed, the certificate or certificates to be so exchanged. Thereupon, the Company shall execute and deliver to the person entitled thereto a new Warrant certificate or certificates, as the case may be, as so requested.
