Exchange Operations. As permitted by state and federalState and Federal laws, tThe Exchange shall be entitled to receive de-identified patient medical and pharmaceutical information from Contractor in order to effectively oversee and administer the Plans. As used in this Subsection (f), the term “de-identified” shall have the meaning set forth in 45 C.F.R. § 164.514.
