Common use of Exchange Price Clause in Contracts

Exchange Price. The price per share at which the Warrant Stock is issuable upon conversion of this Warrant shall be the lesser of (i) $0.25 per share and (ii) the exercise price per share under those certain common stock warrants issued to investors as part of Units on or about January 29, 2016, as such exercise price is restated by agreement of the Company and such investors on or about the 2nd Restatement Date of this Warrant (the “Exchange Price”).
