Common use of Exchange Value Clause in Contracts

Exchange Value. In consideration for the sale of the Property to Buyer, Buyer will deliver to Seller an amount equal to the Exchange Value for the Property. The Exchange Value for the Property is $______________, which shall be paid in the form of, and by issuance and delivery of, _____ Units to the investors of Seller, to be distributed by the Transfer Agent at the Closing outside of Escrow in accordance with Section 13.2 hereof.
