Exchanging Days Off. Employees in a particular work unit may request to exchange their days off based on mutual consent. Such written requests may be granted by the Employer consistent with work requirements, provided that work scheduling is not adversely affected and the Employer does not incur an obligation to pay any form of additional compensation.
