Exchanging Parts. Any Part removed from the Aircraft or any Item of Equipment in the course of performance of maintenance on the same may be subjected by Lessee to normal exchanges customary in the airline industry in the ordinary course of Lessee’s business provided that (x) the parts replacing such removed Parts are incorporated, installed in or attached to the Aircraft or such Item of Equipment promptly following the removal of such Parts, and (y) all applicable requirements of the Aeronautics Authority and the Certificating Authority shall be adhered to with respect to all such Parts being incorporated, installed, or attached, whether or not such
