Exclude Yourself from the Settlement. You have the right to not be part of the Settlement by excluding yourself or “opting out” of the Settlement Class. If you wish to exclude yourself, you must do so on or before as described below. You do not need to hire your own lawyer to request exclusion from the Settlement Class.
