Excluded Entity Clause Samples
The Excluded Entity clause defines specific organizations, individuals, or types of entities that are not covered or permitted under the terms of an agreement. In practice, this clause might list competitors, sanctioned parties, or other designated groups that the parties wish to exclude from participating in certain rights, benefits, or transactions governed by the contract.
