EXCLUDED FROM THE UNIT. All confidential, supervisory and managerial employees and all part-time academic employees as defined by the Act; all current and retired full-time faculty; adjunct faculty not meeting the definition in Section 2.2 or 2.3 of this contract; full or part-time (salaried and benefitted) support, confidential or grant-funded staff; and all other employees of the College not expressly included in the bargaining unit shall be excluded from the bargaining unit.
