Common use of Excluded Property Clause in Contracts

Excluded Property. Except as set forth in Schedule 8. each Grantor represents, warrants and covenants that it does not, as of the Closing Date (or the date such Grantor joins this Agreement as it relates to such Grantor), own any Excluded Property, which when aggregated, are material to the business of such Grantor.
