Excluding Third Party Rights. Save for a Nominee, any person who is not a Client or a party to any agreements, contracts or arrangements with uSMART SG and/or its Representatives to which these terms and conditions apply shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce or enjoy the benefits of any provision of these terms and conditions.
