Exclusion Criteria. Tenderers or in case of consortium all members of consortium (as well as all subcontractors) will declare on their honor, by completing and signing ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ that they are not in any of the situations excluding them from the participation in this tender. The Tenderer which will be selected for the award of the contract shall provide in due time, preceding the signature of the contract, the evidence confirming fulfilment of the Exclusion Criteria, as requested by the contracting authority.
