Common use of Exclusion for non-payment Clause in Contracts

Exclusion for non-payment. The School reserves the right to exclude entry to school for non- payment of fees at any point deemed necessary, including the start of an academic term, and upon issuing three (3) clear calendar days' written notice (including by email). If a Student is excluded from attending School for a period of 12 clear calendar days pursuant to this sub- clause the exclusion shall become permanent and the Parents right to require the School to accept and educate the Student shall cease. In addition to fees, charges and expenses due and payable at the date the right to require the School to accept and educate the Student ceases the Parents shall pay fees in lieu of notice pursuant to sub- clause 2.7.
