Exclusion Letter. If, at the conclusion of the 30 day period, Indivior fails to satisfy the requirements of Section X.D.3, OIG may exclude Indivior from participation in the Federal health care programs. OIG shall notify Indivior in writing of its determination to exclude Indivior (this letter shall be referred to hereinafter as the “Exclusion Letter”).
