Exclusion of Contracts (Rights of Third Parties. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ 13.1 The Parties to this Agreement do not intend any of its terms to be enforceable pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ by any person who is not a party to this Agreement save for the provisions of Clause 6. 13.2 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Sellers and the Buyer may by agreement in writing rescind or vary any of the provisions of this Agreement without the consent of the Company or the Subsidiary Undertaking and accordingly section 2(1) of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ shall not apply.
