Exclusion of Contracts (Rights of Third Parties. Act 1999: Save as otherwise expressly provided in Clause 30.1 (Directly enforceable rights), no person other than a Party shall have any right by virtue of either the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or any other provision of English law under which rights might accrue to persons other than a Party, to enforce any term (express or implied) of this Debenture.
