For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Agreement shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any term of this Agreement and the terms of The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ are not intended by this Agreement or otherwise to be enforceable and are thus expressly excluded.
